01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at aggregex.co.uk or engaging Aggregex Technology Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

02 Our Services

Aggregex Technology Ltd provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• eCommerce development
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing and SEO
• Graphic design and branding
• Business consultation

The specific scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.

03 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver your project
• Respond to requests for feedback, content, or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content, images, and materials you provide are legally owned or licensed by you
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Make payments on time as agreed in the project proposal

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or timely feedback may result in revised delivery timelines at no fault of Aggregex Technology Ltd.

04 Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal. Typically:

• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law

05 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project (such as designs, code, and graphics) will become your property. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Aggregex Technology Ltd.

Aggregex Technology Ltd retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party tools, frameworks, plugins, or software used in your project are subject to their own respective licences, which are the client's responsibility to maintain after project handover.

06 Project Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimated and provided in good faith. Aggregex Technology Ltd will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, however timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving client content or approvals
• Scope changes requested during development
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Revision rounds are as agreed in each project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aggregex Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

08 Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all work completed to date
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless Aggregex Technology Ltd is at fault
• All completed work will be delivered upon receipt of final payment

09 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
