05 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project (such as designs, code, and graphics) will become your property. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Aggregex Technology Ltd.

Aggregex Technology Ltd retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party tools, frameworks, plugins, or software used in your project are subject to their own respective licences, which are the client's responsibility to maintain after project handover.

06 Project Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimated and provided in good faith. Aggregex Technology Ltd will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, however timelines may be affected by:

Revision rounds are as agreed in each project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aggregex Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We strongly recommend clients maintain backups of all website data and content. Aggregex Technology Ltd is not responsible for data loss after project handover.
